In early March of this year, Jining Yibang New Materials Co., Ltd., a new attraction project located in Xiping Town, Weishan County, consulted the Weishan County Bureau of Industry and Information Technology during the project approval process due to project attributes issues. After understanding the situation, the Weishan County Bureau of Industry and Information Technology organized relevant departments to actively rely on online services, search for information online, communicate with provincial experts offline, carry out "industry consultation", and collaborate with the Xiping Town Economic Development Office to establish a three-level linkage mechanism of "county bureau coordination - township implementation - enterprise participation", providing full process "nanny style" services from project initiation, feasibility report preparation, project high-end demonstration, etc., scientifically demonstrating the project attributes, and promoting the project to pass administrative approval. On March 18th, the first batch of aluminum ingots produced by the enterprise was put into production offline.

At present, Xiping Town is building a circular economy industrial chain for the aluminum industry in the industrial park, integrating all related enterprises into the upstream and downstream industries of the park for integrated development. It further clarifies key technological transformation projects for casting enterprises, promotes technological innovation and upgrading of enterprises, and targets the equipment manufacturing process in fields such as mining intelligent diaphragm pumps and permanent magnet brushless electromechanical equipment, forming an industrial agglomeration effect of "introducing one, driving a series, and radiating one".
